EventBloom offers a free tier that allows users to create and manage their profiles without any cost. Since this service is free, no refunds are applicable for the free tier.

2. Paid Subscriptions

For any paid subscriptions or premium features:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused months will be prorated and processed within 5-7 business days.
  • One-time Purchases: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within the specified time period
  • Have a valid reason for the refund request
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Provide proof of purchase if requested

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
